SIM Management
The SIMs Module provides a central interface for comprehensive SIM management. This module serves as a centralized hub for monitoring, configuring, and managing the lifecycle of SIMs, from initial allocation to ongoing operational status.
The key components of the SIM Magement module include:
- SIMs Table: The SIMs table displays all provisioned SIMs and enables users to view, filter, and export SIM data
- SIM Details Page: The SIMs Detail page displays the SIM attributes and usage statistics. This page also contains several tabs that display in-depth information for the selected SIM.
- SIM Tabs: These tabs categorize information by overview, profiles, event logs, configurations, and plan/steering management.
SIM States

| Inactive-Locked SIM | SIM is automatically locked due to inactivity requiring manual intervention for unlocking. | Active or Terminated |
| Active | SIM is fully operational and can access services. | Can transition to Suspended, Inactive, or Terminated. |
| Suspended | SIM is temporarily inactive but can be reactivated. | Can transition to Active, Inactive, or Terminated. |
| Suspended - Locked SIM (due to IMEI) | SIM is automatically locked due to IMEI restrictions, requiring manual intervention for unlocking. | Can transition to Active or Terminated. |
| Terminated | SIM is permanently inactive and cannot be used anymore. | Not applicable. |
Change State Permissions
The change SIM state permissions are described in this table.

| Inactive | Change is allowed by the account that set the SIM state or by its parent account. |
| Active | Change is allowed by any account level. |
| Terminated | No changes allowed. |
